根据移民局刚刚发布的最新消息，2015-2016财年的独立技术移民职业清单SOL新鲜出炉：
一方面，职业列表发生更新，会计、计算机、教师等热门职业都仍然在清单上，另一方面城市规划和设计，牙医专业被移除职业清单，新增钣金工和橱柜工两大职业（政府又要开始鼓励TAFE移民的趋势？）。
此外根据澳大利亚人报纸的最新消息，会计职业配额也会减少。

Panel beaters and cabinet makers will be added to the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) for independent skilled migration applicants, the Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, Senator the Hon Michael Cash and the Assistant Minister for Education and Training, Senator the Hon Simon Birmingham, announced today.
助理移民部长Michael Cash和助理教育部长Simon Birmingham宣布独立技术移民职业清单将会增加钣金工和橱柜工两大职业。
Minister Cash said the new occupations on the SOL reflect that there is a gap between the skills of Australians and the work that needs to be done.
Cash部长说新的职业清单反应了澳洲人所拥有的技能与需要完成工作之前的空缺。
“Cabinet makers and panel beaters make a valuable contribution to the Australian economy. Migrants with these skills will enhance the size and skill of the Australian workforce,” Minister Cash said.
“钣金工和橱柜工给澳洲经济做了重要贡献，拥有这些技能的新移民将能增加澳洲劳动力的技能水平”Cash部长说道。
“Skilled migrants complement locally trained and skilled workers, help to create new jobs and contribute to the communities in which they live and work. The Government’s $6 billion annual investment in vocational education and training is also supporting our training system to offer a pipeline of local talent to help address skills shortages,” Senator Birmingham said.
“独立技术移民是对本地技术工人的补充，帮助创造新的工作并且给他们生活和工作的社区做出贡献。政府每年投资职业教育和培训60亿美元，也创造出更多本地人才来弥补技术人才短缺”，Birmingham议员说道。
The SOL was updated based on the findings of a review of Australia’s labor market and education and migration data by the Department of Industry and Science. The review also considered submissions by industry, unions, trade and professional organisations.
职业评估的更新是基于对澳洲就业市场的审视，及工业科学就业部收集的教育和移民数据。这个更新同时也反馈了行业、公会和其他职业机构的意见。
The SOL applies to independent points based skilled migration (skilled migrants not nominated by State or Territory Governments), Family Sponsored visa applications and Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) visa applicants in the Graduate Work stream. Occupational ceilings are set for each occupation on the SOL to limit the number of migrants under each occupation in this part of the migration programmer
SOL职业清单适用于打分的技术移民（不是被州政府担保的技术移民），亲属担保移民和毕业生工作签证（485签证）。每个职业都会有职业配额来限制每年具体职业的移民数量。
Other key changes to the SOL include the removal of urban and regional planners, dentists and dental specialists. Additional occupations have been flagged for close review in next year’s process
其他重大变化包括移除以下职业：城市规划、牙医和牙科专家。另外的一些职业被标记，来年可能会被密切观察。
The new SOL comes into effect on 1 July 2015. It will be used for applications made from that date.
新的职业清单从2015年7月1号起开始执行。7月1号之后递交的申请都按新的清单要求来着。
点评：
牙医职业被移除倒是意料之内的，之前牙医协会等多个相关职业组织反应牙医市场职位有限，但是毕业生和新移民却仍然在持续增加。略显意外是城市规划与设计专业的被移除，此专业的童鞋有可能需要考虑走州担保移民或者雇主担保移民作为移民路径。
具体配额多少移民局仍然未公布。会计童鞋抓紧凑分是王道。越早凑够分数，越早拿到邀请。
